Founded in 1979 in New Taipei City, Taiwan, Junda Group is a professional supplier of mold manufacturing, deep drawing and aluminum alloy die-casting with a development history of more than 40 years since its establishment. Junda Die-casting (Dongguan) Co., Ltd., a corporate specialized in the production of precision aluminum and zinc alloy die-casting products, was established in Huangjiang Town, Dongguan in 2002, covering an area of 10,000㎡. Due to business expansion, the Group invested USD8 million to established Dongguan Junda Die-casting Co., Ltd. in 2018 in Qishi Town, Dongguan, which covers an area of 18000㎡, can provide one-stop service, from mold design, samples making, die-casting, machining, to automatic surface treatment and coating, based on cost saving policy and optimizing competitive advantage for customers.
The Group owns 30 cold and hot chamber die-casting machines with clamp force of 150-900T; high precision detection equipment such as 3D and 2D full automatic all-in-one, hardness tester, Salt spray tester, and other automation equipments such as automatic dust removal circulating equipment, advanced automatic pretreatment line and coating line and dozens of CNC lathe / milling machines. Supported by more than 1,000 employees, including 45 engineers and technicians, the Group has been certified by ISO9001 quality certification system, ISO14001 environmental management system and IATF 16949 automotive quality management system.
